Mrs. Valentina Papa is the winner of our latest big contest on facebook which ended May 31, 2018. Ms. Papa won a three-day stay at Kappa Resort in a two-bedroom villa with a private pool (breakfast included) which she redeemed on 28/9. Together with her company she enjoyed a carefree escape from the capital’s fast pace and, as she says, she was pleased with the facilities and services offered by Kappa Resort. Particular impression was given to the service and the willingness of the Resort’s employees, who, as she points out, made her to enjoy the “Customer Experience”. We thank Mrs Papa for the trust she has shown us and we wish her to always be as lucky as that!
