An additional charge applies.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A refundable security deposit of \u20ac200 per Villa\/Suite is required upon arrival.<\/strong> Refunds are processed<br \/>\nautomatically by the bank and may take up to <strong>15 business days,<\/strong> provided no damage is found. Please note that the refund is processed automatically by the bank and may take up to 15 business days to<br \/>\nappear in your account. If any damage is identified, or if the cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, the guest will be<br \/>\nliable for the full cost of repairs and will be provided with an itemised receipt.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u><br \/>\n2. Guest Responsibility<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Guests are kindly asked to take care of the resort property during their stay. Guests are responsible for any damage<br \/>\ncaused by themselves or anyone in their party, whether accidental or intentional.<br \/>\nThis includes, but is not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Furniture, fixtures, walls, floors, and linens<\/li>\n<li>Appliances, TVs, and other electronics<\/li>\n<li>Excessive cleaning due to spills, stains, or unsanitary conditions<\/li>\n<li>Missing or removed hotel items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u><br \/>\n3. No other animals are permitted on the premises.<\/li>\n<li>Guests must inform the Reservations Department in advance if they intend to bring a pet.<\/li>\n<li>Pets must weigh no more than 15 kg.<\/li>\n<li>Only one pet is allowed per villa or suite.<\/li>\n<li>An additional fee of \u20ac20.00 per night applies.<\/li>\n<li>The property provides in-room pet amenities, including a pet bed, food and water bowl, for use<br \/>\nduring the stay. This equipment remains in the room upon your departure.<\/li>\n<li>Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times to ensure a clean and<br \/>\ncomfortable environment for
