Minimum stay

Minimum stay is one week (unless there are specific offers stated on our website)

Payment Policy

Payment options : Bank deposit or credit card

When booking a villa/suite :

• 30% booking deposit is required – Full payment has to be settled upon arrival or
• 50% prepayment when you choose ( NON REFUNDABLE)
• 200€ security deposit in cash is required upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• If reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refundable.
• If reservation is cancelled in period less than 30 days prior to arrival or in case of NO-SHOW, the deposit is not refundable.
• In case of EARLY DEPARTURE 100% cancellation fees (total stay cost)

At the resort

• Check in – 14:00
• Check out – 11:00
• One pet allowed
